Worst Party ever….

As the title said, I just had the worst party ever tonight.

I’ve been lfg for a while and got an invite from a thf. We couldn’t get a refresher and the thf was being really picky on lvl, but I can understand that, he probably only wanted to make the party efficient. After after we got another melee, the DRK mysteriously disconnected and the RNG said “I totally lost track of time! I have Kirin in an hr!” /sigh

So we got a set player, a DRK and another NIN… who soon disbanded when they see we have another nin. Well… not many people were lfg so we just took what we got and we needed a first voke anyway (that’s why we invited that second nin). The party leader decided to go after that, leaving me with a DRK and a NIN.

I decided to put the party together, I found a JP COR in Whitegate, and invited the party leader back and got a RNG. At first we agreed to party in Quicksand Caves, but then the DRK just went to the rocks in Western Altepa Desert. He and the THF (the prev party leader) hopped off the choco. Then they just realized that the beetles were only tough to us -.-

So the RNG (who seems to be the most decent one) guided us to Quicksand Caves. Of course those two people didn’t bring oils so I had to wait for the at the entrance. So we went in, I buffed with Protectra and Shellra, used my Reraise Earring and said “Ready!”

First voke was the 45 DRK/14WAR (… yeah..) and he just keep getting pounded on with no sign of the nin voking. Thf keep shouting Nin isn’t lining up for SATA… and that DRK keep getting pounded on although some voke went off from nin too… Of course I had to Cure III that gimp DRK, and the beetle turned to me… with no sign of Provoke from both DRK and NIN.

So I died on the first fricking pull….

I tried to reraise but when I clicked yes I got disconnected. By the time I got back, the RNG was dead next to me…. and he said the DRK and THF ran off… and told me “Never get that NIN again” Then I noticed that I’m still dead but my reraise icon was not there… I don’t know what happened….
Good thing there was a player who hung around the camp that raised me, I ran to find the COR… and then I got a tell from him… “You have to return my coin”
Perfectly understandable, so I replied “I will send it to you later” which he continued with “My {Experience Points} too”

Hmmmm………………. how the hell am I supposed to return that….

I told him that and he just replied “Well you must find a way”… that’s a big help… He continued on saying that is why all the JP hate playing with Eng because “All Eng member bad” apparently. I found him dead at the Western Altepa zone, and raised him… and I told him how was I supposed to know that they were bad players, they were total strangers and that’s why I hate making parties. He asked me whether I cast Reraise or not, I told him I use earring because it saves mp and told him what happened with my reraise.

I apologized to him and offer to form a party with new members that he pick to compensate for his xp loss and I will send his coin later. I figured that he wouldn’t want to party again with us Eng players though. Surprisingly he said “{No thanks} coin”, he also told me that he understand and tell me that even though the rest of the party were bad I was the better one for actually using reraise and properly buffed the tank before the fight. He also said “You came back and {Raise} me. I feel good” I guess he thought I faked dc’ed when I dissapeared after I died

Well at least I was in good term with the better players, but still… I’m pissed off…. that party took almost 2 hours to form and only lasted for less than one fight. Oh, and I deleveled >=(

Lvling White Mage

Sorry for the lack of updates but nothing worth writing happened in the last month so I don’t want to bore the readers to death.

Wabo decided to clear Dynamis-Windurst last Tuesday to get clearance for some of the newer members, I decided to join in and get my clearance. I never done any dynamis with Wabo before, because they start the run at frickin 2 am. I got left out by my original dynamis ls in getting Dynamis-Windurst clearance though, and now they only do those Dynamis-Lotsasnow and outer town dynamis which of course I can’t do.

So I took a nap from 10pm-1am, logged on when I was still a zombie and luckily the others were only 20 minutes late. No blm af dropped of course, but at least we cleared the dynamis with 24 people or so.

Depending on my uni schedule when I get back, I’m considering on joining Wabo dynamis run instead. Of course the other ls starts earlier, but I got left waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind that it’s impossible to get af in reasonable time (points based). Wabo usually runs with less people and has free lot on everything except currency, I think I’ll get better chance. Besides, I can’t go to a lot of HNM hunts with Wabo during the day, I’m just gonna make it up by sacrificing my sleep for dynamis runs

Another thing, my whm is 45 now (yay). I got a pretty decent party the other day. I was hesitant at first because the party leader was this guy who Wabo hates, he’s from a rival linkshell and there was a conflict. I wasn’t there and I never have grudges on people unless they offend me personally anyway. I accepted his invite, the party consisted of SMN (him), WAR, NIN, PUP, RNG and WHM (me)

Because of the lack of Refresh, I brought plenty Wizard Cookies and a couple Yagudo Drink. The guy was nice enough to share his supply of juices. For a party without refresh and dispel we did very good. I got 2 levels in that party ^^

Now I need to find new ways to make money people just dont buy fishies anymore…
