Dynamis… for a change

So I went on Dynamis - Beaucedine today, for the first time. At first there were only 10 of us and by the time we were an hour late we had about 20+ people. The run went pretty great, for me at least since I didn’t die even once. Being charmed was also the first time for me, I killed another black mage, Ferrera, somehow. Not sure how I killed him though :p
It was also a good thing to have some new people from other linkshell joining us today as they also needed clearance. I think the linkshell didn’t plan to go for a win originally and that’s fine with me since normally I can’t come to dynamis anyway. I would feel bad if they go out of the way just for me. But all said and done, I got my Dynamis - Beaucedine clearance! \( ^^ )/ So I hope when I finish my placement and have a few months to bum around before going back, I can start going to any dynamis (except those buburimu & qufim ones :p) and that is if people are still playing
Leveling Red Mage

I bought all the necessary spells, scrolls and equipment to last my ninja to level 15 but then I had another mood swings *as usual* At work I got so bored and couldn’t focus on my task so I started scribbling down stuff, such as my main goal in FF etc etc. I never managed to do much with my BLM let alone properly equip it. I decided that my main goal is pimping my BLM, which can come in two ways - pimping through equipment or complete the merit.
I don’t have access to sea or Limbus, I can’t even do dynamis anymore due to time difference with my linkshell. So the only thing can do by myself is completing the merit. Next I thought of how I can do that… which means I have to have RDM subjob if I don’t want to be depended on getting parties.
Therefore I ditch Ninja for now and go with leveling RDM for now
In Konschtat Highlands

So today I decided to try to level in Valkurm Dunes, I caught a Teleport-Dem from Whitegate and landed in Konschtat Highlands. I made my way to the dunes while killing anything I passed. When I got to the dunes, I saw a couple mages that kept dying over and over again. One was a black mage with no subjob and the other one was blm/whm. However, the one with white mage sub did not attempt to heal the other one from what I saw (I could be wrong).
After raising them for the second time, the blm with no sub asked me where they should level. Of course I know that Qufim would be great for them…. If they can find any parties that is. Lately it seems like no one else is leveling a lower level job. I guess once you reach 75 you’ll get busy hunting those rare/ex items that you don’t have time for anything else. I didn’t stay for long, I informed them on how parties usually works and gave them URLs to helpful sites and then I left… I lost my will to lvl for some reason
Trying to Go Back

Now that I have started my internship in Microsoft Indonesia, I start to truly appreciate my free time 
I’m trying to find a way to fit FFXI into this working life but I start small.
Today’s Fishing GP was Moorish Idol which according to FinalFishing database is best caught in Purgonorgo (sp?) Isle. You can go there by taking a boat from Bibiki Bay.
